At our service on 23 November the roof of St Adelwold's again held out against the challenge of heavy rain.

Christine and Anne led us in a celebration of Christ the King.  We sang some celebratory hymns by modern British composer  Graham Kendrick.  We also listened to Praise my Soul the King of Heaven as sung at the King's Coronation - an opportunity to think about the relationship between earthly and heavenly kingship.

This duck seemed to be experiencing joy in both the knowledge that Christ is KIng and the weather;.
