This Sunday we celebrated the 85th birthday of no fewer than THREE of our church family: Vera (on the left), Alison (on the right) and Derek (the spring chicken in the middle!) Diane presented them with their special cake (no candles - we were worried about the fire risk of 255 candles😂), flowers for the girls and chocolates for the sweet-toothed boy and another small gift, all reflecting the huge love we have for these three wise and generous servants of the Lord. Oh - and after the service, we generously helped them to eat their cake!
