Our Building

Grade II listed building, designed by Victorian architects Paley & Austin.

Several stained glass windows dating back to the early 20th century.

The church hall has three separate toilets, one of which is accessible by wheelchair users.


Music and Worship

We have an annual concert performed by Southport Orchestra.

We have a Rushworths pipe organ.

We have traditional robed and liturgical midweek communion services held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 10.30am followed by brunch on the first Wednesday and tea, coffee and biscuits on the third Wednesday.

Rainbows, Brownies and Guides meet on Thursdays in our church hall

Hymns, liturgy and notices are displayed on a screen

The church hall has a large space (large enough for a badminton court), a theatrical stage, a meeting room which can accommodate approx. 30 people, a commercial-grade kitchen, three toilets including one which is accessible by wheelchair users and has a baby-changing facility, ramped access to the front doors and steps down from the rear exits to the car park. The large space or the meeting room can be hired for occasional use or for regular meetings by groups. Our rates of hire are competitive with other churches. See our parish magazine.
