This service is aimed at young families, and for those wanting to introduce their children to the Christian faith. 'Refresh' will keep us all together as children and adults, with fun songs, puppets, Bible stories, crazy science, amazing illusions and much more!! The service will typically last 30 minutes.

A service of Holy Communion with hymns, readings and a talk. All are welcome.

A quiet reflective service with no hymns

Plot: Deloris Wilson (Whoopi Goldberg), a Reno lounge singer performing under the name Deloris Van Cartier, dreams of stardom but works at a casino owned by her married lover, Vince LaRocca (Harvey Keitel). When she accidentally witnesses Vince commit a murder, she flees to the police and is placed in witness protection by Lt. Eddie Souther (Bill Nunn).

To hide her safely, Eddie sends her to St. Katherine’s Convent in San Francisco, where the strict Mother Superior (Maggie Smith) reluctantly disguises her as “Sister Mary Clarence.” Deloris struggles with convent life but soon transforms the choir, bringing joy and energy to the sisters—and attention from the outside world, including the criminals she’s hiding from. As her music revitalizes the community, Deloris and the Mother Superior must learn to see the good in each other.
