Gustaffson Return to St. Oswald’s Church, Winwick.

Andrew Gower, James Webster, Graham Bennett, Dave Gleave and Liam Morson formed the band Gustaffson during lockdown.

Andrew and James met as students at Great Sankey High School and tried their hand at making music together.

They were later joined by their bandmates to round out the group and were invited to record their music at Elbow’s studio in Manchester.

Two years ago, the band performed their first live show at St Oswald’s Church, which sold out.

Now, they’ll be returning to the iconic venue as part of their tour around the UK this autumn.

"When we announced our UK Autumn tour 2026, we knew we had to return to Warrington,” said Andrew.

“The town were myself and James dreamed of forming a band whilst at Great Sankey High School.

“St Oswald's is the perfect backdrop for our music, and we are thrilled to start our tour inside these historic walls.”

The band will perform at St Oswald’s Church on September 25, and tickets can be found via gustaffson.co.uk/tickets

"We'll be playing music from the debut album and some brand-new tunes fresh from Blueprint Studios Manchester,” said Andrew.

“Anyone who hasn't seen Gustaffson live before, make sure you get your tickets now as it sold out very quickly last time.

“We have a one hell of a show for you guys."
