Enter into a licence agreement with St Martins Property Investments Limited in connection with its development of Adelaide House covering

1. A scaffold and hoarding licence

2. An ongoing cradle / roped access licence agreement to facilitate regular maintenance

3. A licence to enter

4. A party wall award
