Visitation services are held each summer following the election of churchwardens at the Meeting of Parishioners. This year one of Visitations in the Archdeaconry of Manchester will be at St Michael & All Angels', Lawton Moor. These services mark the formal admission of parish churchwardens to their office, with sidespersons and PCC members also making declarations of support.
