Church_news Notices

As lockdown restrictions start to ease across England, we are now able to reopen for worship within church guidelines.

It is encouraging that we are able to begin to reopen, but coronavirus has not gone away and this is just the first step of a long journey.

St Andrew’s Church, Dearnley will open for Sunday Worship

26th July 2020 9.30am and 10.30am

There are restrictions on numbers due to maintaining a social distance in the space we have in church, if you would like to attend a service please get in touch with our PCC secretary - [email protected] or by phoning 07714 005105. This will help avoid disappointment if we are at capacity.

Please DO NOT enter if you are feeling unwell or have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the past seven days.

Please make sure you are aware of the risks especially if you are vulnerable and take responsibility for your own safety and that of your household, particularly maintaining social distancing and observing hygiene measures.

Ensure children are supervised at all times.

Our weekly online services will also continue via Facebook and our website.

What we have done:

• We have carried out a COVID – 19 risk assessment

• We have cleaning, hand cleansing and hygiene procedures in place in line with government and church guidance.

• We have taken all reasonable steps to help everyone maintain the government recommended distance between different users of the building.

A detailed letter of procedures and the full risk assessment are available on our website www.standrewsdearnley.co.uk
