Due to the current circumstances, our foodbank is experiencing unprecedented demand. Stocks of food are low and we cannot supplement them by buying from stores as we are restricted to amount (rightly so), and the foods we rely on are just not there. We need most staple foods but in particular: Long life Milk, Tinned pies, Tinned or packet custard, Jars of pasta and curry sauce, fresh vegetables and fruit, Cordial, and Tinned spaghetti.

Rock Choir concert on Sunday, 12th April from 7:30pm at St Georges. £7 per ticket. Bar will be open. All proceeds are going towards the roof appeal at St Georges. To register please email [email protected] you will then be sent a link to pay via sum up.

All welcome to drop-in for a cuppa and a chat. Hot lunch menu. Every Friday 11:30-1pm with an informal act of worship at 12 noon.
The Group meet on the 4th Thursday of each month between 1-3pm. New members welcome.
St George’s Fun Day on 26th April. Parade leaves St George’s at 12 noon and heads along Windsor Road to Thornley Park where there are games and activities.
The Mother's Union are holding a 'Cake Sale after service on Sunday 26th April approx 12:30pm. All proceeds towards Mother's Union to support local group and charity work in the diocese .
