If you are applying to Secondary Schools and need a Supplementary Application Form completed by the church, please note the following arrangements:Forms may be handed in at church on any Sunday during September.The final deadline for handing in your form is the last Sunday in September.Forms must be handed in at church only. Please do not bring them to the Rectory or to anyone's home.Completed forms will be available for collection two weeks later, on the second Sunday in October, from church.We are very grateful to the volunteers who generously give up their time to help process the large number of applications we receive across our four churches. To enable them to manage this work properly, fairly and consistently, it is necessary for us to have a clear deadline.For this reason, forms received after the last Sunday in September cannot be accepted.Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation and, in particular, thank you to those who give their time to help with this important work.
