A Christingle service is a happy occasion which is held during Advent, on the 2nd Sunday in December at All Saints.
In December 1968, the first Church of England Christingle service was held in Lincoln Cathedral for The Children's Society. Collections for The Children's Society are a feature of this type of service to raise money for vulnerable young people facing neglect, violence or poverty. Celebrated by Christians with carols and messages of hope, each child is presented with a Christingle during the service.
The service is suitable for Children and all are welcome
An informal event singing Christmas carols and other seasonal songs. We suggest people bring a chair and wrap up warmly for this event. Family friendly, all are welcome.

We will be pleased to welcome you to a traditional service of Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve.
Crib Service – A nativity service for families where children help build the Christmas crib. We will sing carols and hear the Christmas story.
