Welcome to St Cuthbert's!
We're a warm and friendly church right in the heart of Blyth - a church where everyone is welcome, no matter where you are on your journey of faith.Whether you're looking for a peaceful space, some great company, or you're just curious about what we do, you'll quickly find yourself at home in St Cuthbert's. Families of all ages are very welcome; we have space at the back of church where children can play and draw, and still be involved in our services. Our worship is inspiring, our tea and coffee are always brewing, and we focus on sharing God's love in a way that feels real and relevant to everyday life.
Come as you are, whether in jeans or your Sunday best! We'd genuinely love for you to join us this week.
The parish of Blyth: St Cuthbert is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults.
We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Newcastle’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO.
If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
