Maundy Thursday Eucharist of the Lord's Supper

A service of holy communion as we remember Jesus' final meal with his friends. Foot-washing available (but optional). At the end of the service, the blessed sacrament will be carried to the altar of repose, the sanctuary stripped, and the watch kept in silence.

Stations of the Cross

With prayers, reflections and music, we follow the journey of Jesus to the cross, using the locally hand-carved Stations of the Cross around the inside of the church building as a focus for our worship.

The Easter Vigil

After remembering the stories of salvation together, we light the first fire of Easter, light and bless the paschal candle, and carry the light into the church. We will then celebrate a joyful eucharist as we greet the risen Christ. Fizz and chocolates will be served after the service.

Easter Day Eucharist

We celebrate the resurrection of Jesus with hymns, readings, prayers and communion, renewal of baptismal vows and blessing of the Easter garden. There will be an Easter Egg Hunt after the service for children (and anyone else who wants to join in!)
