The band of ringers practise on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 in the Church Tower. Experienced ringers and anyone wishing to learn this ancient skill are very welcome. The first ever recorded peal on five bells was rung here in 1756 and we now celebrate this with an open house for the village each New Year's Eve at midday.
