Accessibility

If disabled parking is required please contact the church so appropriate signage and/or additional assistance is made available to you. We try to facilitate less abled access as best we can within the constraints of Grade 1 listing.

Ramps are available providing disabled access, and access can be arranged directly to the front door.

Assistance dogs are most welcome.

There is no loop system at this time.

Car park for 16 vehicles opposite the church for normal services. Wedding guests must park at the wedding reception venue. If you wish to, you could provide your guests with a mini-bus shuttle service.

There are a few larger print service booklets available and ONE large print hymn book. Please contact the Church Secretary if you require larger print hymns ahead of your visit so that this can be facilitated.

A table is provided for baby changing however there is no water in the church.


Our Building

Grade 1 listed building dating back to the 11th century, with a church being on the site since around 967.

NO TOILET FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE.

Refreshments are served after every service.


Music and Worship

A peal of six bells the earliest dating back to 1600's. These will need to be restored in the fullness of time.

There is a church organ fully restored in 2017, plus a Hymnal, and a piano.

There is no choir however details can be provided should one be required however this is a personal arrangement between yourselves and the choir.

There is no WiFi

Information books are available in the church either for purchase or to use and leave.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the church is unable to be open for private prayer or visits at the moment. We look forward to the time we can open it again.


Other Features

Powerpoint services have been held.

Not linked to the church, however the village hall is available for hire. Very useful following Baptisms as there is parking available as well. Or indeed for a smaller wedding breakfast. or funeral wake.
