Faithful God, as we enter this time of vacancy, we place our churches of All Hallows and All Saints into your loving hands.

We give thanks for all that has gone before, for faithful ministry, friendships and service, and for the many ways your love has been shared.

As we journey through this time of change, grant us patience in waiting, wisdom in discerning and courage to embrace new possibilities.

Keep us united in faith and purpose, rooted in your love, welcoming to all, and growing together as your people.

Bless those who will guide and support us, strengthen all who serve, and help us to continue sharing your love with the communities around us.

Prepare our hearts for the person you will call to minister among us and prepare their heart for us.

Above all, remind us that you are always with us, that your Church is in your hands, and that your light continues to shine.
