On the fourth Sunday of the month, at 09.30am for approximately 60 minutes, we celebrate Holy Communion.
Holy Communion in the Church of England is a communal act of remembrance and participation in the sacrifice of Christ. It includes hymns, prayers, Bible readings, and a sermon or address. Holy Communion is a service in which the faithful come forward to receive bread and wine, as the body and blood of Christ, or instead come forward to receive a blessing.
Again, all ages welcome!
St Mary's also hosts community and civic events including the Festivals, Times and Seasons of the year,
and the Occasional Offices of Christenings, Weddings, and Funerals.
We welcome the pupils and staff of Edith Weston Academy for their festivals and celebrations.
