The Way of the Cross (Stations of the cross)

Occurring
for 1 hour
Venue
Harbour Church - All Saints
Address
Harbour Church - All Saints, All Saints Church 334 Commercial Road Portsmouth, PO1 4BT, United Kingdom

You are invited to join a prayerful, walking meditation that retraces the final steps of Jesus on his way to the crucifixion. As you move through the church from one station to the next, you will experience a series of short readings, silent reflections, and communal prayers designed to help you "accompany" Christ in his suffering. It is a somber yet deeply moving tradition that allows you to slow down, engage your senses with art and movement, and reflect on the depth of God’s love before the celebration of Easter.

Safeguarding

Harbour Church Portsmouth is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Portsmouth’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
