A small team of local ‘Bay residents’ have come together to launch The St Agnes Church Building and Heritage Support Group. The group is a new, fully constituted community ‘friends’ group, seeking to help the Parochial Church Council (PCC) in meeting their obligations to ensure that our beautiful, thatched church not only remains, but thrives both as a place of worship and as a much-loved community space. 

To start with the group are working with the PCC to raise funds, find grants and help to steer through a project to get a toilet and small refreshment area installed in the church. But the group will be there for future building and heritage projects at St Agnes - work will soon need to be done on the bell cote and in due course - the church will need a new thatch.
