A very special a chance to gather in the dark outside the church, where the Paschal candle is blessed and lit, then those present share the candlelight and carry the light of Christ into the darkened church. The service starts at 21.00 hrs (yep – 9.00pm - in the evening). All are welcome and we hope to have many of our Benefice candles blessed at this service.
All are welcome to this special Service of Light - starting at 9pm outside the church, when the Pascal Candle will be lit and those gathered will carry the light of Christ into the darkened church for a short service of reflection. A quiet time on Easter Eve prior to the joy of Easter Day.
