St Augustine’s Endcliffe Parish Church is a welcoming, inclusive and progressive church with traditional services and beautiful music.

We are a member of Inclusive Church, a network of churches, groups and individuals uniting together around a shared vision:

We believe in Church which welcomes and serves all people in the name of Jesus Christ; which is scripturally faithful; which seeks to proclaim the Gospel afresh for each generation; and which, in the power of the Holy Spirit, allows all people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Jesus Christ.” 

In particular, we try to enable all people to live out their faith as part of our parish community through:

• Worship and prayer; learning about the gospel; developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus Christ.

• Provision of pastoral care for people

• Inclusive mission and outreach work. Our mission is ‘To be a culturally diverse fellowship and to be a vital Christian presence in the heart of Endcliffe and Hunters Bar, to offer hope and welcome to all people by sharing God’s love and forgiveness. To seek to make the love of Jesus known to our community and to the wider area through our worship, preaching, praying, healing, fellowship, service and openness to the Holy Spirit’.  We include Prayers of Love and Faith in our regular public worship services. 

We are also an EcoChurch, and our vision is to care for creation as an integral part of loving our neighbours and following God faithfully, and to demonstrate that the gospel is good news for God’s earth.
