Helen was Churchwarden for many years at St James and brought so much love and kindness into the lives of everyone who knew her, both young and old. She was awarded the Girlguiding Lifetime award for her years of service and worked tirelessly in the community and beyond especially with children and young people. Her funeral will take place on Friday 5th December at 12.00 at St James’ church, Norton Lane, Sheffield, S8 8JQ. Family flowers only please. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly ask for donations to be made to St Luke’s Hospice via G M Lunt Funeral Directors for the wonderful care that Helen and the family received. The Family would like to thank everyone so much for the messages and kind words about Helen. It has brought them such a lot of comfort at a difficult time.
