We meet every Sunday morning at 10:45, and hold special services to mark the seasons of the Church Year. Please explore the Services and Events section to find out what is happening soon.
This takes place on Thursdays and all are welcome.
Please do join us as we sing carols and think about the importance of the first Christmas. Some of the children from the local uniformed organisations will be joining us to sing a special carol.
On the first Sunday each month we have a short service called "Food & Faith" which begins with the sharing of food and fellowship, followed by a 20-minute service. In the past we have had "Croissants & Crowns", "Doughnuts & Delight", "Rocky Road & Rejection" and "Lemon Drizzle & Love".
We usually have Holy Communion on the second, third and fourth Sundays of the month.
Fifth Sunday Services rotate round churches in our Mission Area and are held at 10.00a.m. Details are made available in the News and Notices section, on the Church Noticeboard and in the Parish Magazine.
A short service for all ages to help us focus on the story of the Nativity. There will be chocolate!
You are invited to celebrate the first Holy Communion of Christmas at St Martin's, Firbeck or St James', Anston
The local service of Holy Communion on Christmas Day will be held at St Peter's, Letwell. Those from all of the local villages are very welcome to attend.
Taizé is Meditative worship in a candlelit setting with bible readings and sung prayer.
Taizé is usually held on the second Monday of the month. You are invited to come for refreshments at 3:30pm prior to worship at 4:00pm which lasts for 30 minutes.

Messy Church is for all ages - a fun way of engaging with the Bible and learning about how much God loves us. There will be stories, crafts and food. We meet on Saturdays from 10am-12noon, with doors open from 9:45. (Please make sure we have at least one adult accompanying each family.) Dates for the first half of 2026 - 7th February, 18th April and 20th June.
