We had a blast, with a puppet show, crafts, singing, discussing a question, sharing in beautiful food and hot drinks from the bring and share. Such a lovely way to be in nature, with others, praising our Lord. Our numbers were more this year than last years, and people asked can we do this type of service more often. We held a beautiful service, led by Bishop Sophie, for 18 local confirmation candidates from 5 local churches. Bishop Sophie's sermon focused on Luke 12 v 1 -12, which spoke to many in the service, touching their hearts and faith journey. Sending blessing to each candidate as they begin their faith journey. Amazing night at our Pie and Pea supper, we raised £100 to donate to the local Andys Man Club supporting local men. A simple night of great food, good company with a fun quiz or a game of bingo along with a raffle. Look out for our next Pie and Pea event to support others
