All Age Harvest Sunday

Occurring
for 1 hour, 15 mins
Venue
St Mary's Stainforth
Address
Field Road Stainforth Doncaster, DN7 5AQ, United Kingdom

As we journey through September and begin to step into Autumn it has become apparent how early some of the harvesting has been completed in our rural parishes with the very hot periods. Our PCC has decided to raise funds and bring food items for two causes this Harvest. You can support both causes, or support one.

Firstly, tinned and packeted foods for the DN7 Foodbank, you have been supported by them in the past, can you give back?

Secondly, for Tear Fund, we are known as one of the biggest donators from one of the most deprived areas, such a privilege to give to others, no matter how big or small.

Lets us be thankful for the many things we have, lets us give thanks, for how we can help and support another.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Stainforth: St Mary is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Sheffield’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Jenny Robinson on 07879 816300. Alternatively you can contact PSO support worker Revd. Jacqui via St Mary's Facebook Messenger.
For the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor contact [email protected].

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
