The stunning art installation, GAIA, by Luke Jerram will be in St. Thomas' Church for three weeks in late April and Early May 2024. This amazing artwork of the Earth as seen from space will be suspended above the centre aisle. With a diameter of 6 meters this will be a truly spectacular sight against the backdrop of the Victorian murals and the huge stained glass east window of the church. Morning Coffee and Chat

Come along and join us for a cup of tea or coffee, a biscuit, a good old chinwag and a laugh or two for just 50p per cup. All are welcome to join us between 10.30am and 12.00pm every Friday morning.

Holy Communion

A traditional, formal Communion Service. Refreshments are served after the service. All are welcome. Children can attend "Adventurers" (Sunday School) during the service and will rejoin the service for the taking of Holy Communion or to receive a blessing if desired.

FAMILY SERVICE BRUNCH

Come along and enjoy a good breakfast before our monthly Family Service. We serve a huge range of cereals, yoghurts, fruit juice, toast, marmalade, jam and delicious sausage or bacon baps. There's always a large basket of fresh fruit and plenty of tea, coffee or milk shakes.

Bring the family along and enjoy a hearty breakfast without the hassle.

There's no charge but if you would like to make a contribution to help cover costs there is a bowl for donations near the door - usually on the piano.

All are welcome to join us for our Friday Light Lunches. There will be hot food and our usual wide choice of delicious desserts, and tea or coffee. There is no set charge but donations towards costs are welcome.

Please note that because of clashes with other events the dates for lunches in May, June and July 2024 will be Friday 24th May, Friday 21st June and Friday 19th July.
