St James is one of the seven churches in the Benefice of West Trent. Traditional churches with a strong sense of community and village life. Seasons are a strong focus with the farming featuring in many of our villages. Each church has it’s own Parochial Church Council and character. St James is situated on the right handside of the road as you turn into the village. The Church and churchyard are the only community spaces within the village of Halloughton.  There is a service on the second Sunday of the month in the church.
