A communion service for Ash Wednesday with the imposition of ashes. This marks the beginning of Lent and involves placing ashes on the forehead in the shape of a cross, symbolizing repentance and mortality.

St Stephen with St Paul

St Stephen’s with St Paul’s Church serves the communities of Hyson Green and Forest Fields in Nottingham. We welcome people from all walks of life and from all corners of the globe.

We are a church where people of different cultures, backgrounds, ages and abilities grow together in faith and community knowing Jesus Christ as Lord. 

We have small groups who meet to study the bible, pray and support each other. They meet in different times and places and some are on zoom. Some groups are in Farsi.

We have a special heart for asylums seekers and refugees.
