Northowram Singers is a community choir led by a qualified music teacher. Currently most are over 40, but younger people would be warmly welcomed. There are about 30 members who sing together in four part harmony. The repertoire is mostly popular music e.g. songs from the shows, Beatles medleys, folk music, etc. The choir have sung at a number of local events - including Northowram's Got Talent and fundraising events for good causes. The singing lasts for one hour and is then followed by coffee/occasional business meetings to plan future events.
