We raised over £600 to purchase gifts for local children this Christmas and along with generous donations of gifts too, managed to help the following

· 19 children in care between the ages of 7 and 16. We were given the gender and ages of the children which allowed us to put together age appropriate bundles of gifts for each individual child.

· A young child in a local primary school who's family are experiencing extreme financial difficulty.

· A number of other local primary school children between the ages of 4 and 11.

We also helped to support the visiting Santa at the community shop in Knottingley. Giving a big bag of gifts to be wrapped and handed out to children during their visit to see Santa.

We are incredibly proud of the success of the appeal and extremely thankful to all that donated, shared and supported the appeal along the way.
