You would be very welcome to join us at our monthly Friendship Lunch at St Michael's Church Hall. Thie Friendship Lunch is a lovely opportunity to come together with folks from the community and enjoy company, conversation and some lovely food. This takes place on the 2nd Monday each month between 10am and 12noon. The next 3 dates are October the 13th, November the 10th and December the 8th 2025. All are welcome. Donations welcomed.
We would like to invite you to join us for this year's annual Harvest Celebration All Age Worship Service. There will be some great songs to join in with, and an opportunity to bring donations of food and dry goods forward for a blessing before distribution to local causes and foodbanks. All are very welcome to come.
This year for Advent we will be engaging with the 'Practicing the Way Course' which is designed to help get us started on the journey of spiritual formation, help us get unstuck if we’ve stalled out, or just guide us into taking our next step. Ultimately, its goal is to train us to live as an apprentice of Jesus, an authentic disciple of Jesus: to be with Jesus, become like him, and do as he did. The course starts on Monday 20th October 2025 at 7:30pm in the Church Hall. All are welcome.
We would like to invite you to join us at our Good News Coffee mornings at St Michael's Church Hall between 10 am and 12noon on Monday 27th of October, Monday 24th of November and Monday 22nd of December. We would like to invite you to join us on Saturday the 1st of November 2025 at 7pm for our annual 'Time to remember service' which is a service of comfort, hope and light in which we commemorate the faithful departed - loved ones we have lost. There will be a reading of names of our loved ones during the service and an opportunity for people to come forward and light a candle in memory of their loved ones.
We would like to invite you to join us for our annual Remembrance Sunday service on Sunday the 9th of November at 10am. The service concludes with an act of remembrance as we gather around the war memorial in the Churchyard and read out the names of those who lost their lives in the wars. All are welcome.
