Accessibility
Limited car parking available in the lay-by at the church and within the church grounds. Other car parking is across the road at the entrance to the Holmfield Arms.
The entrance to the church is level and there is a ramp within the church building for accessibility.
There is a bus stop at the church, but the number of routes passing and their frequency is limited.
When the church is open for an event, there would be a quiet space available, unless a Fayre was taking place. Otherwise there are benches and a Peace Garden in the churchyard.
The lay-by at the church should be used.

Music and Worship
The bell is rung for funeral services, at the start of the Sunday morning Eucharist service, and during it.
The church is ideal for choir/music concerts
It is a manual organ.
Groups, Courses and Activities
Coffee mornings are held on the 4th Saturday of most months, from 10.00 a.m. until 11.30 a.m., except for December.
The proceeds are for the church or a charity. See the Services and events tab for full details, because some events are in the afternoon.
A Barbecue is held on the last Saturday in July to commemorate St. James, the Patron Saint of the Church.
Harvest Supper held once a year, usually in October. The proceeds are sent to WaterAid.
A Quiz Night is held in November around Bonfire Night and includes a Pie and Peas supper.
Chatty Cafe is held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. An informal gathering, with tea/coffee and cake or biscuits. Occasionally some crafting or colouring is done.
Help for Visitors
A small book with details of the history of the church and churchyard has been produced by one of our parishioners and is available. Donations received for the book are put towards providing flowers for the church.
The church is open on:
Sunday mornings for the Parish Eucharist Service at 9.30am, followed by tea/coffee until 11am approx.
Chatty Cafe Tuesdays - See Services and Events tab.
Wednesday morning - Service at 9.30am followed by discussion until 11.30am.
Saturday mornings from 10 - 11am when preparing for services. Open longer if it is a Coffee Morning .
Other Features
The church does not run its own Foodbank but is a collection point for the Foodbank at St. Georges' Church, Lupset.
The lounge area could be used for small meetings, if approved by the PCC.
We have a Silver Award from A Rocha.
