A short service of Morning Prayer.

There are services every Wednesday morning but the first Wednesday in the month is a service of Holy Communion. The Church remains open until 12 noon for Bible Study, and serving refreshments.

We at St. James' Church, Thornes, are always pleased to see new people at our services and/or events, all of which take place in the church.  It is situated opposite the bandstand on Denby Dale Road.
