There’s something for everyone at St John’s. Our main Sunday service is at 9.30am — a friendly, contemporary Holy Communion with music and prayer. On the first Sunday of each month, Little Oaks Sunday Club meets during the service for children’s stories and crafts. Lent and Easter 2026 Lent Lunches Free lunch of soup, bread and cheese. Donations received for Christian Aid and St John's Church. Saturday 21 March 12pm-2pm at St John Parish Hall Good Friday 3 April 10.30am Reflections at the Cross 12.00pm Prayer walk around St John's village Easter Day Sunday 5 April 9.30am Holy Communion Little Oaks Sunday Club for children is at 9.30am on the first Sunday of the month. During the week we meet for Coffee and Croissants (third Tuesday, 10–11.30am), Craft Group (last Saturday, 10am–12pm) and Home Group (fortnightly Wednesdays). We also host Sea Sunday at Bonne Nuit Harbour, Harvest, Remembrance, Safeguarding Sunday, Carols by Candlelight, Wild Church and our popular Summer Fête. Find us on Facebook @stjohnschurchje.

Printed prayers are displayed to aid you in your prayers. You may wish to just take some time to be in the peace and quiet of the ancient Parish Church and offer your prayers to God. Free prayer cards available.

Little Oaks Sunday Club

Every First Sunday at for 1 hour

Little Oaks Sunday Club runs during the 9.30am Sunday service on the first Sunday of the month.

For children aged 3-11 years.

The children begin in church and join in with the first song (often with instruments and actions!) then go out to the Lady Chapel or Vestry for bible stories, games and crafts. They return to church before Holy Communion to show what they have been doing and to join in Holy Communion.

Leaders and helpers are all DBS checked.
