Work carried out at the end of April 2025 has temporarily made the roof and guttering waterproof. This is to prevent water ingress into the inside of the building. An investigation was also done to look at any potential damage to internal plaster work.

Now that any damp areas have naturally dried out, we are able to commence work in 2026. Available funding grants were identified at the end of March, 2026, and we are in the process of applying for these. 

A fix of a leaking guttering has already commenced!
