Christingle

A Christingle is a symbolic object made from an orange decorated with a red ribbon, four sticks with sweets or dried fruit, and a candle, which is lit during a service. The service celebrates the birth of Jesus, with each part of the Christingle symbolizing something from the Christian faith, such as the orange representing the world and the candle representing Christ as the Light of the World.
