Our Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is open to all members of our congregation although only those on the Electoral Roll can vote in the formal parts of the meeting. You still have until Sunday 19th April to submit your application to join the Electoral Roll of St Hugh's Banbury.

We will expect to appoint 2 Churchwardens at the Meeting of Parishioners which is a separate meeting and precedes the APCM. Both meetings will be held after our main Sunday Service on Sunday 10th May 2026. We will also elect several new members of the PCC, one of whom will become our Deanery Synod representative.  If you are interested in any of these roles you might find the following links of assistance and do speak with Thomas, our Vicar and/or Sue, our current Churchwarden.
