Time & Location: 08:45-11:30 at Church House (the building next to St Peter's).
This is a fortnightly Friday pop-up café run by a strong core group of St Peter's parishioners who give up their time baking some of the tastiest cakes or serve our guests freshly made teas & coffees whilst providing a friendly face you can have a chat with. This is open to everyone; be it an unrushed natter with mum-friends (with little ones welcome too!) after the school drop off or the perfect excuse to stretch your legs and nip out for a tasty treat before a long walk with the dogs! It is not for profit but the money for the drinks & cakes goes towards the cost of the basics and the Pop-up Café team also chooses a charity or a cause each time to donate anything extra to. We look forward to seeing you all soon.

Please check our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information or any changes.

There's plenty happening at St Peter's during November/December but we couldn't wait to share this particular one with you. It's a popular event for both children and grown-ups and we love it! A tradition that's been going strong in the UK for over 50 years, it helps us to piece together different elements during the construction of a Christingle and its significance.
Maybe you've been doing this for years, maybe even decades and passed this tradition along the generations too. Or maybe you're curious to learn more about it and might consider combining this from now on?
Do pop this in your diary and come along. It's a beautiful sight to behold when the lights dim and the candle at the centre of that orange burns bright - do you know what that candle represents by any chance? 😊
