Safeguarding

The parish of Scalby: St Laurence is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and aim to have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO.

The role of Parish Safeguarding Officer is currently in vacancy. Until the vacancy has been filled please contact our vicar the Rev’d Tony Hand by email at [email protected] or telephone 01723 501305.

The Diocese of York’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advises our PSO. You can access these pages via the Safeguarding tab above.
