Official Announcement The Revd Fr Malcolm Lockey SSC Father Malcolm Lockey, who has Diocesan-wide PTO in the Diocese of York, has been appointed Priest in Charge for the Benefice of South Bank, Middlesbrough on a Half stipend one year renewable basis. The Bishop of Whitby will officiate at the Licensing Service which will take place on Wednesday 4th March, 7pm at St John the Evangelist, South Bank.
