About Us
St Cuthbert's is a much-loved festival church, with services on the main Christian festivals, and open every day to visitors. The Millennium window shows St Cuthbert surrounded by details from Kildale life. The Whitby-Middlesbrough railway passes just below the church, with Kildale station just two minutes' walk away.
We don't have regular Sunday services but our United Benefice Services take place 3 times a year, along with Mothering Sunday, Harvest Festival, Rembrance Sunday and Christmas. For regular Sunday services please see the other churches in our Benefice: St Andrew's Ingleby Greenhow (nearest), St Augustine's Kirkby in Cleveland and St Hilda's (Bilsdale Priory) Chop Gate.
Baptisms, weddings and funerals take place in the Church, please contact the Vicar for details.
