GOOD NEWS - HOLY TRINITY TO REMAIN OPEN

Dear All,

The PCC reviewed the progress made by Holy Trinity at the PCC meeting in August. We are aware that some people are waiting for news before they continue/offer financial support. So please feel free to distribute this information as widely as possible. Even though the £1000 p/m initial target hasn't yet been met and Holy Trinity still need volunteers for key roles, the PCC recognised the strong progress that has been made , the support given and therefore decided that Holy Trinity should remain open. This is in large part due to the current level of standing orders (totalling approx 700 p/m), the extra events put on, support for the churchyard maintenance by parish council and current attendance at the monthly joint service (supported by St Anne's) and it is really important that all this is sustained going forward.

THANK YOU
The PCC recognise that Holy Trinity is still a fragile worshipping community that will continue to need support, encouragement and prayer going forward. We are looking forward to working with the local community to grow things further and re-imagine mission and ministry in Tunstall . A huge thank you from all of us to all of you.HYMNS & PIMMS HOLY TRINITY 27TH AUGUST 5PMAttached is the poster for Worship@5 service this month (27th August ) which will be Hymns and Pimms.
