About Us
Our beautiful and ancient church building was erected to reflect the glory of the triune God and facilitate our worship of him. For the last 150 years or so, Eye Church has embraced and upheld the Anglo-catholic tradition of the Church of England in worship, in teaching, and in belief.
We attempt to offer a form of worship that will be attractive to all people, irrespective of background, creed or race, and in the setting of a most wonderful building. Here we offer friendship and fellowship; we offer encouragement to those who want to grow in the Christian faith, and solace and comfort to those in any sort of need or adversity.
All are welcome to join us in any of our services of worship, and the Church is open during the daytime for those who prefer to be alone with their thoughts or prayers.
We also welcome those who want to visit primarily to see the beauty and architecture of the building, inside and out: photography for personal use only is welcome.*
However, please be sensitive to the needs of those who may be there to be quiet and contemplative.

The town of Eye is situated in mid-Suffolk, within easy reach of both the A140 and A143, making it ideally accessible for visitors to East Anglia. You will be most welcome!
