Our Building

There is a most attractive range of stained glass throughout the Church

The Church is open to visitors most days from about 10 am until 4 pm.
Any are welcome to use the Church for personal prayer or meditation. You may find that the Lady Chapel in the SE corner is a suitably quiet area

The building is Grade I Listed and is regarded by many as one of the grandest in Suffolk. Full details of the history can be found on the Church website. Of particular interest is the magnificent Rood screen between the Nave and Chancel. The lower screen retains images of martyrs and monarchs thought to date to 1480. Above is the splendid Rood loft designed by Sir Ninian Comper in the 1920s

One is available outside the Eye Family Hub building directly opposite the Church and School in Church Street
