In politics, Aitken was an MP for 25 years and a Cabinet Minister. His career ended when he told a lie in a libel case, pleaded guilty to charges of perjury and served an 18-month prison sentence.

He is now an Anglican Priest and Prison Chaplain at HMP Pentonville.

“Through all the Changing Scenes of Life” should be full of humour and interest.
Jonathan’s talk will be followed by a Q & A.
The evening will begin and end with a glass of wine, and music performed on the magnificent Binns organ by Tim Patient (Director of Music at Eye Church)
