This traditional Harvest Evensong will be led by the choir.
Graham Miles the Diocesan Agricultural Chaplain - will be taking the service and preaching. Graham has been in post for a couple of years now and has proved a great friend to the farming world at a time of serious upheaval within the industry. It is no exaggeration to say that farming is facing the biggest changes and difficulties it has faced since the 1947 Agriculture Act was introduced by the Labour Government of the time. Please come along and hear what Graham has to say.
There will be a shared supper afterwards.
The collection will be donated to the Stowmarket Food Bank.

Our church is open every day for visitors, quiet reflection etc.

Several services are held in our Benefice each Sunday. Services at Stonham Aspal church are generally held on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. 

On the second Sunday at 10.30am we hold a Worship for All service where all ages are welcome, from babies to the elderly. Also at 6.30pm (or 4pm in the winter months) we hold Evening Prayer.

On every other fourth Sunday we have a celebration of Holy Communion at 10.30am, alternating with Worship and Praise, a service of the word.

Special services are held during the year.


A free Community Coffee welcomes all visitors between 10am and 11.30am every Thursday in the back of the church. Coffee, tea and biscuits always, and sometimes cake!!
