Church of England Diocese of St.Edmundsbury & Ipswich Wissington

These events occur regularly throughout the calendar year.

Sunday

Simple Holy Communion

Every Sunday at 9 a.m. for 45m

Nayland, St James
High Street
Nayland
Colchester
CO6 4JE
United Kingdom

As we slowly begin to reopen our churches for regular public worship, one of the first services will be a simple said Holy Communion Service.

For the time being there will be no singing, peace or even coffee afterwards and Communion will be in "one kind only". You will also note that there will be strict hygiene measures in place which will include hand sanitizing, a record of attendance for "Track and Trace" purposes, 2m safe distancing rules, as well as a limit on the numbers who can attend.

In accordance with Government advice, those who are currently shielding, or isolating, including those over 70 should consider carefully if it is safe and appropriate for them to attend at this time (our Online service will continue at 10am for those at home).

If you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 YOU MUST NOT ATTEND.

It would be helpful if you would call (01206 262150) or email ([email protected]) Revd Mark if you were intending to come (and advising how many from your household will join you) so that at least initially we can ensure that there will be sufficient space to accommodate you safely.
