Looking for fun, chat, and play in a friendly environment? Come and join our Mums and Tots Group! We're a happy, welcoming community, eager to meet you and your little ones (up to school age). It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents and carers while your children play, have fun, and learn to socialise.

We offer a wide variety of toys for your children to enjoy, plus a book library where you can borrow stories to read at home. On your first afternoon, we'll chat with you and share details about our upcoming activities. On the second Wednesday of each month, we also have a short, child-friendly gathering in the church, complete with action songs and a story, followed by more play and snack time back in the hall. All are welcome! We ask for just 50p per session to help cover our costs, including snack time and activities.

Our group was started over 40 years ago to provide a welcoming space where mums and children could meet new friends, and we've been going strong ever since! We welcome you any Wednesday during term time. Come and meet new friends with little ones just like yours, or bring a friend along with their children up to school age too.

Angela and I have been involved with the group for many years and eagerly look forward to greeting you and telling you more about what to expect. On your first visit, you'll receive a new member's letter with more information about our group and contact numbers should you need them.

So, come along any Wednesday during term time and see for yourself! For more details, please feel free to telephone Bridget Kemp on 01473 286663 or Angela Parobij on 01473 251980. Or simply drop in – we can't wait to meet you!

Whitton Church - St Mary & St Botolph

Our vision is to be a vibrant and inclusive Christian family. We come together to worship God, actively serve our community, and invite others into the family of faith. Together, we aim to make the love of Christ known in the world.

We are members of ‘Inclusive Church’ and endorse the statement below.

The Inclusive Church Statement

“We believe in inclusive church – a church which celebrates and affirms every person and does not discriminate. We will continue to challenge the church where it continues to discriminate against people on the grounds of disability, economic power, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, learning disability, mental health, neurodiversity, or sexuality. We believe in a Church which welcomes and serves all people in the name of Jesus Christ; which is scripturally faithful; which seeks to proclaim the Gospel afresh for each generation; and which, in the power of the Holy Spirit, allows all people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Jesus Christ.”
