St Mary’s has stood quietly in the woods for centuries — a place of peace, prayer, and belonging at the heart of our village. Generations before us have cared for it, worshipped here, and passed it on in good faith to those who followed. Now it’s our turn to do the same.

Keeping St Mary’s open, safe, and welcoming costs around £7,000 each year — for essential maintenance, insurance, churchyard care, and ministry support. We receive no regular funding from the Church of England or government. Everything that happens here — from Sunday services to community events — is made possible by the generosity of people like you.
