2026 is a particularly exciting New Year for Quainton Church as Revd Sarah Flashman formally started work on 1st January as Pioneer Missioner for Quainton. All of you that were able to attend the Christmas services will have already seen her taking a very active role in the worship of the church, even before her employment officially began. We are very fortunate as a small rural church to be offered this opportunity of employing Sarah, who we already know and love.

Sarah will be taking the gospel of Christ out into the community using her extensive experience, enthusiasm and love of people and the Lord Jesus. Part of her focus will be children and young people so she will be building on the links the church already has with Quainton School and the young people who already attend Quainton Church and their friends. There is a real spiritual hunger among people in Quainton but they don’t know how to fill it. Sarah will also be looking to reach those who have not heard about Jesus in different ways.
